🌿 Dyersburg MicroGreens
At Happy Heart Microgreens, we grow a wide selection of fresh, nutrient‑dense microgreens. Our staple varieties — including Broccoli, Cilantro, Spotted Pea Shoots, Purple Radish, Sunflower, and Arugula — are grown continuously for consistent weekly availability. We also offer limited‑batch exotics such as Shiso (Perilla), Peruvian Mint, Thai Basil, Wasabi Arugula, and Lemon varieties. These specialty greens require a full 16‑day grow cycle and are available in small, carefully monitored batches.

Special: Cilantro Dyersburg Microgreens
🌿 Flavor Profile of Cilantro Microgreens
Cilantro microgreens open with a bright, citrus‑herb snap , like the aroma you get when you first crush a fresh cilantro leaf, but cleaner and more concentrated. They carry a light lemon‑lime lift, a soft grassy sweetness, and a cool, refreshing finish that almost tingles on the palate.
Because they’re harvested young, they don’t have the bitterness or soapy edge some people taste in mature cilantro. Instead, the flavor is pure, green, and aromatic, with a delicate texture that melts into warm dishes and pops on cold ones.
🌿 How chefs use that flavor
-
Adds a fresh, aromatic top note to tacos, curries, pho, and rice bowls
-
Brightens seafood with a clean citrus‑herb finish
-
Gives salads and bowls a lift of freshness without overpowering
-
Works beautifully in raw dishes, where the aroma stays intact
